The first project is a challenge, I am not use to cutting trips 1 3/4 inches. Half of my blocks are a 1/4 inch short. I was sewing in the dark and I had the blue fabric incorrect, but you can't notice it. I had to rip some of the patches but that is what learning is all about. I am enjoying doing it.
