Homework for this week is practice cutting fabric (which is great I have 2 buckets full of fabric to cut up). I learned when you cut do it fast, less chance of moving fabric.
The Pattern we are going to do is Triple Rail Fence.

Quilter's Academy
I am so excited I signed up for the Vol 1 of the Freshman Year "Quilter's Academy" by Harriet Hargrave & Carrie Hargrave. I am self taught and I wish I did this class when I began quilting. Lyn from the "More Sew For You" told the class to remember these names, very important. http://www.hancocks-paducah.com/Item--i-M-32393-20. After the class we went into the shop and selected our fabric. I am doing the Regent Street fabric - Moda Regent Street Lawn Covent Garden Red.
