My Walk in the Plains

I lived in Long Island, NY most of my life and was surrounded by the ocean, in the summer I went to the mountains and for the last 20 years I had to get use to the Plains.  We do have wonderful skies and a great sunset and sunrise.  This is my daily walk, photos taken in early February.

We are very fortunate here in Omaha, NE we have lots of trails. We go to the rich neighborhoods.

I love the sound of running streams.

Lots of open sky and plenty of fields.

We have bridges along the trails and lots of playgrounds for children.

A hawk was sitting on my neighbors back fence.

So everyone take sometime out and enjoy what GOD has given us.
