Water Hose and Green items

My son has one of those curly hoses and he installed a bicycle rack to hold it.  My son brought his at Target for a reasonable price, hubby brought one at a bike store (expensive).  It is working great.

Have not posted for awhile since I have been busy, quilting, gardening, making bread and reading.
I like to buy my cuke plants from Texas because I can get such a head start. 

The seeds take so much longer.  On Good Morning America the cast were raving about Rachel Ray's pickles, you can find the recipe on Food Network, she used kirby cukes, now I need to find the seed.

Basil and parsley are doing well.

The ornamental cabbage from last year is coming up again, unfortunately the moths are getting to it.
