May is here/planting yet?

HAPPY BELATED MAY DAY!  

 I live in the midwest and rule is plant after mother's day!  Well the problem is

most veggies are sold out.  I do like to put seed directly in the ground so I will need to wait another week.  We had a hot spell and now we are getting a cold spell.

I have started seeds but they need more babying then a real baby.  The photo above

is from www.lauritzengardens.org great for a walk and so much to see in Omaha.

I volunteered at a nursing home and a resident stitched the daisy - I decided to do a full finish for her.

Have a great week and a busy time but the allergies are really bad this year.
